The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be hosting two webinars next week related to the H1B electronic registration process for fiscal year 2022 (FY22). The first webinar will take place on February 23, 2021, and will provide an overview of the process for attorneys and representatives. The second webinar will take place the next day, and will be geared toward registrants (i.e., U.S. employers and agents).
These webinars are designed to prepare employers and their legal representatives for the FY22 H1B registration, which will take place from March 9 through March 25.
